“In July of 2017 I walked in. Four or five customers were ahead of me. One guy was working behind the counter. The first person approached and asked "habla Espanol?" Si' he replied. This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES. The people who work there very cool and help out indeed it's an fantastic place and while some of their prices for games especially some that could be rare and hard to come by can be little too much now some I can understand and some not really. This place is like a electronics superstore from the 1990's and I wanted him to see what it was like shopping before the internet and this microcenter did not disappoint. Plenty of employees available to help you out even on a Saturday afternoon and the selection of everything computer related is amazing. We could actually view all of items we have been reading about in person.”

“Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!”

This was literally my 4th location today and it was in stock then boom. We've been paying for a phone I returned 11 months ago. Crazy. Service was stellar though.”

When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again”

Dariusz had performed outstanding service about 10 years prior on this amp and, again, repaired, cleaned all controls and switches, soldered pcb board, AND had the unit back to me within a few days. Dariusz is an audio repair genius, and, more important, a fair, honest, and reasonable businessman. Go to him if you are having ANY problems with your audio equipment...won't be sorry!”
