“Normally do not write reviews but George & Ken’s is the PLACE to go if you have damage to your Tesla/car. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Went there today with some paint damage on my new Model 3. They were able to complete a repair onsite and only had to wait 15/20 mins for the paint to dry. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs. Huge thank you to the staff and highly recommend!”

AB was responsible for assigning me the car and also help me with the drop off, and he did a great job, as the branch I originally made the booking at was closed hence I had to drop off at watertown branch, which was closed on Sunday. The GM worked with the insurance company and was able to get me some extra time on the rental at no charge to me. When the GM ( his name i can not recall at the moment which upsets me but it will come to me and I'll be back to edit ) notified me of the news he received from my insurance company .I was super excited and over joyed that I was extended the rental. I feel this was bc of him again helping me out . I appreciate you ...
This really meant the world to me bc when your car gets totaled the funds are low and for me I was unable to function at times bc I was swarmed with worry . However The General Manager, His colleague Riley and all of his staff treated me so well and again assisted me as they knew I was a fish out of water . And bc of the team here I was able to chill for some moments and for me that good , trust me.bThere kindness is second to none therefore I just have to take the time to leave them a receiew that I hardly ever do . But Enterprise Corporate should know that there Enterprise in Somerville has an outstanding team !
The Diligent customer service I received at Enterprise wowed me for sure. I'll be back bc I'm sure I will need a car to look for a car . The only regret I have is that it's slipping my mind at the moment of the name of the young gentleman who I'm pretty sure is the GM . I'm gonna guess and say Joe but I maybe arong ... If he isn't the GM he should be ,hint to corporate . So again thank you Enterprise Staff for assisting me throughout this sudden misfortune . You made it tenfold easier to navigate thru it all.

The last time I rented I was given the Audi A5 Fastback great car! But, it was not the easiest vehicle for my passengers to get in and out of. I had called and spoke to Sherisse prior to my trip and requested a vehicle that would be better suited. She recommended an SUV and she would do her best to make that happen, she said.I was given a choice of a BMW and a Genisse. I choose the 2023 Genisse GV70 for my last rental. Great Car! “I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It’s a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don’t want to pay for the damage I’ve been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don’t want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that’s the policy so are you people that are mad don’t destroy their vehicles and you won’t be charge for it it’s very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”
“Nice riding Chevy Malibu car. The service was good as far as pick up and drop off. I was surprised the car was dirty when they dropped off the car. My wife shamed me into washing the car in my drive way as she would not ride with me with all the tree sap and dirt on the hood and windshield.”
