As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of stress and worries about a process that I wasn't familiar with. The team at Leader Bank made all my worries go away, laid out everything out in detail, answered all questions I had, were VERY quick and efficient in responding to time-sensitive requests, etc. I feel as if I have built a relationship with the team members where I can reach out anytime with questions even after closing. “Okay, I’m a young millennial and opened my account online. It was easy and seamless. I got my card everything was fine until I had to get a replacement card. You can’t get a replacement card at the branch OR a virtual card, you have to wait till it comes in the mail and I really hope they change this to become more efficient because waiting 5-7 business days for a card is inefficient in modern times. Other than that, the mobile app is great and easy to use. TIP: Link your bank with another bank to transfer money between them if you’re waiting on your card. On the phone customer service is amazing. No comments on the bank tellers.”

Johanna, Marjorie and Maria are all fantastic. They constantly go above and beyond should I have any problems. Needham Bank cannot be beat in terms of customer service!!!”

I find them to be accessible, polite, helpful, considerate, and have helped me when no other institutions would. I am not saying they are perfect, or their first attempts at online banking were without limitations, but in comparison to alternatives like BofA or Citibank, I can actually talk to a person in under 5 minutes. That alone gets them 3 stars every time because I am in California. Thank the universe for HUECU! I'm so happy to have them in my corner!”

“I can remember when it was originally called Tele-Comm bank & located on the corner of Main St & Ferry St (across from the High School) here in Malden, MA. Since then it has changed "ownership", starting with Danvers Bank which then moved to it's current location on the corner of Center St & Commercial St (across from the Malden Center train station).About 5-7 yrs ago (?), People's United bought out Danversbank & it's branches here in Malden. No matter what, the staff whether they were apart of the Tele-Comm or Danvers, have ALWAYS been there for my mother since this was HER bank after we moved from the Malden-Everett line area back in 2000 to where I am now. Sadly my mom passed away earlier this month & last week, I had to close out her bank account.The branch manager & his colleague went above & beyond to help me w/ this heartbreaking task. I will NEVER EVER forget ALL of the different branch managers, tellers, etc that I've come to know since 2000. I greatly appreciate all their help w/ my mother's personal finances as well as just being there w/ a friendly smile (even behind a "mask" these past 2 yrs). Thank you very much People's United for ALL that you've done through out the yrs for her & thank you to Danversbank as well as Tele-Comm too!”
