“I only spent 1 night, but my room was spacious with a kitchen, sofa, and comfy queen bed. The bathroom was huge! Everything was immaculate. Breakfast the next day was everything you needed with service with a smile&some banter. Front desk ladies gave us a list of walkable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was paying $39 for parking as the garage is not enclosed. But can't complain about anything elseWalkability: Tons of shops/restaurants nearby on foot!Food & drinks: A handful of different places to choose from”

“Could not believe the value for the price. Great decor. Friendly staff. We were welcomed with a glass of glass/rosé! The suite was the same price as a regular room so we went with that. Very spacious, with two Queen beds and a little “living room” area (open concept). The restaurant was lovely and everything we ate and drank was delicious! The only down, which is why I’m giving the rooms 4 stars is because the clock was disconnected and when I went to try to plug it in I found that the space behind the night table was SUPER dusty and had some fallen items back there like a hair elastic. Other than that though, in the more viable areas it did seem clean. Would stay here again!”

“I was warmly greeted when I came in. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I was impressed with the room that I got with a king size bed all for about $100 through Expedia. I would definitely recommend someone come while in town. It's accessibility from the highway was good. Had a nice free breakfast selection overall had a nice time here because the room was upgraded and comfortable to stay in unfortunately the only thing that was lacking in the room was a safe room. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and a Keurig machine. It also had a large wardrobe closet, with an ironing board and iron. Ample dressing room, space, a desk, a chase lounge, as well as the king size bed with very comfortable bedding.I was greeted warmly when I entered. The receptionist was very nice. “The water in this hotel (room that we stayed) was so dry, I couldn’t wash my hands. They have every good shampoo and vanity products but water ;(. The pool is fantastic. The mattress and pillows are firm and keeping your back in a good shape. The breakfast is both various and sufficient. Recommend, hopefully they will install a water filter or change the water quality.CLose to all sightseeing”

“I've been a Diamond Member for Hilton and Platinum Premiere for Marriott during my 15 year career traveling throughout the US. The staff at the Hyatt Regency from the front desk to the security guards were some of the most friendly I have ever encountered. I usually do not write reviews but the service and experience that Maurielle gave each morning while I picked up my morning coffee was fantastic. It started out with a simple name for my order Jason, she asked with a Y or no Y. We laughed and I said surprise me. The next morning she remembered me and said No Y. Haha. Very friendly people and great place to stay in Boston. I would highly recommend.”

“For my traveling style, the Inn was a great fit. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable. The office staff were friendly when I had a question. The old architecture with William Morris-type wallpaper, original woodwork and fireplaces is quite charming. Having access to washer/dryers and the wonderful fully outfitted kitchen were big pluses for us. There’s complimentary morning coffee - just make yourself a pot.Free parking, great location, easy after-hours checkin with a lockbox (call ahead for instructions.) WiFi was good. There’s a playground just steps away, perfect if you’re traveling with children. Some of the room furniture is a bit worn. I wish the lightbulbs were changed out to be “warmer” in tone; it would really elevate the feel of this grand old inn. The rooms are carpeted which can make them feel dated. But overall I loved staying here and I look forward to coming back.”

“Very demure. The room is super tidy and clean.
The bed itself it’s very comfortable and I have a good sleep. Very quiet
We arrived around 12 in the midnight, there is no front desk. But the check in is pretty smooth”

“Wifi didn't work the entire time for us, front desk said "it's not their job" to fix it or offer a discount because of the problem. Stay away from here. Also the sheets had some weird marks and if you're on the first floor, the noise from across the street is very loud until around midnight.”

“My stay at the Westin Waltham Boston was perfect! The employees, specifically Elizabeth at breakfast and Willy at the front desk, were over-the-top kind and helpful. My room was so comfortable and cozy, and I really enjoyed all the choices I got with the free breakfast voucher. Moreover, it is pet-friendly (without any additional fee!). I didn’t want to leave.”

“I loved this place! The room I booked had all of the daily necessities. We had bowls, utensils, soaps, towels etc.this place has a backyard with a fireplace, chairs, a small area to play mini golf(only 1 level though), a pool and a changing station with towels.

Rooms: The rooms are nice, with all the necessities you will need. Nice beds and view.

Nearby activities: There is a pool and a golf section.

Food & drinks: The breakfast is free however lunches and dinners aren’t free. They have scrambled eggs, waffles/pancakes, sausages, toast, hash brown, bacon and toast. They also have milk, apple/orange juice, water, coffee and tea.”

“Met the General Manager and he was very helpful. Location is prime, but I wish I had a coffee machine or kettle or in the room. I didn't want to keep going down stairs for coffee/ tea. Beds were comfortable.”

“This hotel had some of the kindest employees ever. They were so incredibly helpful and accomodating and willing to go the extra mile for us in terms of check in and check out. The hotel room itself was very clean and spacious and exactly what we expected, and it was also really close to the Green Line which was awesome. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston!”

“This is a BEAUTIFUL inn! I had to find a place to stay on the fly when working for a large music show and my partner and I fell in love with the place! It's got a really gorgeous old style build that makes it feel like you're staying in a Victorian mansion in Europe. I loved it so much I had booked us a stay as a holiday gift for himRooms: Gorgeous rooms with beautiful wood flooring and huge cozy bedsNearby activities: A lot of great restaurants in Brookline, some wonderful historic spots and museums”

“We had our recent HS reunion here and had a great time! They were very accommodating to us. We talked to them at length about many of the details and they actually dropped their estimate for our final bill. The food was great. I only wished that they had better options for the wine and beer selection at the ballroom event, but since there was a full service bar/restaurant about 100' from the ballroom it didn't really matter. Another weird thing was that they have a lounge right next to the ball room that I had expected to stay open, but was shut down for most of the weekend. Anyway, for this event it was a perfect choice: easy access to Newton and Boston, fully updated in 2020, great service and friendly staff. Thank you for such a great time!”

“Rooms: Big rooms with 2 beds. Comfortable beds and pillows. Shower is tricky to operate. Ask how when you check in.

Safety: The area and hotel felt very safe.

Food & drinks: Typical Best Western breakfast food. Good but not great. Eggs, pancakes, etc. Cereals. Morning juices.”

“The hotel is nice, HOWEVER, if you are here in the morning and need a bit to eat the breakfest eatery has great breakfest sandwiches! If you have the time, the inner court yard is nice and private and has a great firepit to relax by with some comfy outdoor furniture too.”

“We had a great 2-day stay here. The hotel is clean and functional. The room was spacious and our family could stretch out without being in each other’s way.The very best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa C., the front office manager. She made check-in super easy and fast. She called us when our room was ready and was extremely helpful when we asked questions about the hotel or places nearby.”

“Great stay for one night. Keith Kitson was super helpful and my son said he wore cool suits. I have to concur. The only reason I put four stars was because the water pressure for the shower was so weak. If I was staying another night I would have changed rooms because of it. I would stay there again. Parking is $25 a night FYI so just add that into your cost if you have a car.”
