“Bernie & Phyl's is THE BEST furniture store in the area by a mile. The consultants are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. The quality of their furniture exceeds any that I've seen in other places (and I have been to them all ?)! Their prices are also very reasonable, especially for the sturdy, long lasting durability of their products. B & P will be the only furniture store I go to from now on! “Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“When I called Pottery Barn Kids in Natick, MA today to discuss a gift for a new baby girl I was fortunate to get Laura R. Searching their store on line I spotted the PBK wooden blocks. There are various sets & I wanted to get the most appropriate one, knowing this little one wouldn't be playing w/them for quite awhile. Laura reviewed each set w/me & couldn't be nicer. When she didn't know the answer to one of my questions & needed a moment to go in the back room & take a look at the product, I appreciated her thoroughness. FYI: I had read so many negative reviews regarding rude behavior by associates in the PB stores prior to calling. I personally would recommend Laura R. in the Natick Mall. “We had a very informative sales lady Donna... we fell in love with a dbl recliner couch...went to 2 other stores and they didn't have anything like it. Needless to say we went right back and purchased this couch.. it has AMAZING lumbar support, a charging station, heat and massage...I just wish it came with an option of colors...but I never thought Bob's would have something like this !! Wow !! So happy and can't wait to get it !!”
