“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”
“I had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for several months and my overall experience with this business was positive. However, those seeking delivery services from this pharmacy should be advised that this business will charge customers a $5 delivery fee if they have to make more than one trip per month to your home in order to deliver multiple prescriptions. The staff charged me $5 and charged this money to my credit card without informing me of their policy beforehand. Their website states that they offer "free delivery " but does not mention that they will charge a $5 fee for multiple deliveries per month. The staff also failed to mention this to me. I only learned about the charge when I viewed my bank statement. After this incident occurred I contacted owners at other independent pharmacies in the area that offer free delivery service. I was informed that while pharmacists typically do work with customers and insurance companies to attempt to synchronize prescriptions, they do not charge customers if it becomes necessary to make multiple trips to their home in one month. I contacted the manager at Crown Colony Pharmacy to voice my concerns and frustrations about having had money debited from my account without being informed beforehand and was received a hostile response. For this reason, I have decided that I will no longer give these people my business.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Skenderians! Have been going here for over 30 years for all our family prescriptions. They are NEVER without resources, whatever your medical problem. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional about prescriptions, OTC medications, and exactly what a customer needs to do to jump through the insane hoops EVERY insurance company presents. Warm and friendly at the same time! A true local institution, would be lost without them. NO other pharmacy can compare! I'm looking at you, Walgreens- a wretched excuse for a "pharmacy". “My asthma can flare up bad when I get a cold. I was given an Rx for a nebulizer machine, but all CVS pharmacies don't carry equipment so I was told to go to a medical supply store. I went to 2, no success. I called Walgreens in Chelsea, and while they also didn't have one the woman kindly told me to check out Margolis. I got my machine for $26! The staff was apologetic they couldn't take my Rx for the machine, but I genuinely didn't mind because I really went through the wringer while feeling so weak until I got to Margolis. Grateful now I have the equipment I need to feel normal again. Thank you Margolis!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Ann over the last few years! Although it’s not an easy experience losing your breasts Ann made it much better! My initial encounter was for breast forms. I had no clue lol! Ann walked me through the process with open arms! My second encounter was for custom prosthetics. Ann is so professional and thorough! Ann is kind, caring, patient, and in a Judgment free zone. I highly recommend this company and Ann!”

“I wanted to just take a moment to personally thank the pharmacist Alicia who really went above and beyond to help me obtain a very important medicine for my teenage son in a moment's notice. She really went the extra distance and even made a telephone call to one of our secondary insurance providers to expedite matters so there wouldn't be a delay. I had been using ACCRX for 15+ years to provide a special medication that needed to be compounded but we recently switched to a local large chain pharmacy because my son no longer needed the liquid form and could finally swallow capsules. Due to recent developments with said large chain pharmacy, we had to revert back to ACCRX and they really saved the day. I am so relieved and thankful. Thanks again Alicia and ACCRX.”

“My daughter needed a prescription for an ear ache, which our other pharmacy did not have available nor did they want to help me with suggesting another medication. I called Norwood Pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure they had the medication before I went there. When I went to pick up the prescription she was very helpful in talking me through the process about how the medication should be given. I really like this pharmacy and I’m glad I was advised to go here!”
“For decades I was a regular customer at this shop of shops...the best collection of men's colognes, products. Then, more than 12 years ago, they were gone. I was crushed...it was an attachment. As a monk I've made sacrifices, and I have vows but none compared to relinquishing my colognes. It's all about the senses. To know that they simply moved, are still there and were just blocks from where I lived in Newton Upper Falls is almost traumatic. I will certainly have to visit soon.”

“Honestly the best and most accessible pharmacy I've ever found. They are kind. They go above and beyond because they care about their patients. I'll never forget today. Our driver masked cleaned their phone to protect my mom who is got heart failure and me who is also immune compromised. Not only are they accessible physically but for autistic people they are also accessible because they allow texting for communication! Literally life saving to be able to text your pharmacy as an Autistic person communicating in person and on the phone can literally make me ill and take my whole day because of anxiety So being able to communicate through text has been amazing. I really hope they never change because they are so much better than any other pharmacy. Pharmacies that I might add have become completely unaccessible because of COVID and non-masking employees as well as people who come in the store. So having a pharmacy that can deliver as well as text goes above and beyond for accessibility. Honestly I hope more pharmacies start following the methods of capsule because y'all are literally the best.”

“Can't say enough about how great this CVS is. Yes it's small but it's the best CVS I've been to. I particularly want to highlight the pharmacy team. Back in 2017 I had to go through a great deal of trouble with my insurance and healthcare providers for a while for a medication I was taking. This process was very stressful and the pharmacists at this CVS always helped whenever they could to make it easier for me. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness! I want to add that this location tends to busy- it's a convenient location- but I never felt rushed or not listened to by the staff.”

Jason and Jasmine helped me find the perfect birthday card, as I specifically needed a themed one for the birthday girl.
