Staff were friendly, attentive, thorough and clear with all consents, instructions and expectations in regard to all appointments, exams and procedures. Provided all needed medications and answered all questions. Clean environment promoting health safety. My pets tumor was removed in a timely manner with a positive outcome. Services are somewhat costly but everything is these days. Thank you Dr. Donohue and ladies.”

I love that you can text them to schedule and ask questions and get a response usually within the hour/day. “My sister and I had to bring her dog in for an emergency visit during the Memorial Holiday. I can not even begin to tell you how different this place is from another Animal ER place on the south shore! From the minute we walked in the staff was unbelievable ! We had t go back a second time because our little friend pulled his wick out and once again, met with the same kindness and professionalism! The girls at the desk... expedient and knowledgeable, the Vet techs, compassionate and very, very good at what they do and the Vet herself, simply awesome!! My sister loved it so much here for her boy, she moved him over for NEAMC to be his life long care team. Great place, the BEST! Doesn't your family member deserve that? <3”
