“My fiancé and I came in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 this past weekend. We've been loyal with Verizon since we opened a plan together almost 6 years ago. We had the iPhone 12 Pro Max and were initially going to keep the same model, but after comparing the Pro Max to the new Plus, it was a no-brainer to go with the Plus. It is the same size and cheaper, and we didn't care for the 5x zoom camera, so it made the decision easier.Alberto serviced us and he was amazing. We called ahead and spoke with him and then he took care of us while we were there. We went into the back and found the only 2 Plus models they had left; and even found me a blue Titanium Pro Max and I almost changed my mind! I told him to hang onto it and make someone else's day. I was having issues with my iCloud Backup, and Alberto assured there were going to be no issues - and he was right! He transferred everything over to our new phones swiftly and easily, and made the entire experience simple. He alerted us that we had an insanely good trade-in value, so we convinced ourselves to splurge a little with new cases. He also told us to give Verizon billing a call to see if they could waive the new phone fees since we've been loyal customers for so long - another great tip! They removed the fees within one live chat session.If you're looking to get into Verizon for new phones, you HAVE to go to the location in Methuen in the Loop complex and see Alberto. You won't be disappointed!”
