“I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner and the staff are so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable about all things triathlon. They really have a great variety of bikes, gear, clothes, and accessories to choose from and if they don’t have the exact item you need they provide great advice on how to find it. The bike fitting process was smooth and extremely helpful. We learned so much about the sport and learned helpful tips and tricks along the way.They all go out of their way to support newcomers to the sport and it is a great idea to make this your first stop on the road to becoming a triathlete, or just the first of many stops along the way. “I had a really positive experience shopping at this location for sneakers. I was helped by Bella. I didn't feel any pressure to buy something or rushed (which I experience at other Marathon Sports locations). Bella was really supportive and easy going. The environment wasn't hectic or distracting (like other locations). I'm really happy with the Saucony sneakers I bought, and I tried on a couple other pairs for the first time that I'm now interested in. I have been to multiple Marathon Sports locations (Wellesley, Lexington, Boston), and Cambridge is not the most convenient for me, but I will definitely return to the Cambridge location in the future when I want to try on sneakers in store. I'm glad I made the trip.”

“This was my 1st time with Oriental Gateway & it will NOT be my last. I ordered my 1st Black Belt "Pr Force" uniform with the Tang Soo Do midnight blue trim. The lady helped me verify I was ordering the correct size--she was right!--. She did warn me that I would have to wait because it had been very busy. It was not only worth the wait but they made sure I received my uniform before the tournament where I needed to wear it. Thank you, Oriental Gateway! You're great! I'll be back again!!!”

Not only is his selection better than the surrounding area, but the owner was one of the nicest gentlemen I’ve ever met. “Wow, what a gem in Stoneham. I stopped by to buy a pair of boots because we are headed up to the mountain soon. They were packed and still found a way to make sure everyone was taken care of. I was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes, finding the exact pair of boots I needed, and getting great advice on how to maximize comfort and performance. I expected just coming in to a store and looking around on my own, and definitely left with the piece of mind that I found the right gear because the team there is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.”

“We love this place! The team members who work there are great; they always give good advice and give us several options to choose from. They are patient and attentive to their customers. You can choose new or used equipment and sports gear/ items. We also use the “trade in” option when you bring your kids used items (should be clean and in good condition) and they give you a store credit which you can apply towards the same day purchase (same day transaction only). We LOVE this store! This is the place to go for us for baseball equipment, soccer and baseball cleats, ski equipment every winter season (as kids grow fast!). Your loyal customer:-)”

Don is extremely knowledgeable and guided us to pick out rackets that were best suited for what we were looking for. “Store has a great selection and the staff has been nothing but excellent. I live really close so I happen to go in there a lot which is a good but also a bad thing. I've had clubs regripped, purchased new clubs direct and through them to be shipped. The store manager Derek is great and always available to help and go above and beyond to find what you're looking for and even search the back if it's not on the floor. I can't recommend them enough. Also they'll price match any competitor or direct fulfilled by Amazon items.”
