“I came in with my mom and Levar was so great! My parents live in Malaysia and come to visit me for Thanksgiving into New Years. It's always a pain for my parents to figure out their phone lines when they visit (to the point where my dad doesn't even bother and relies on me, my mom, and Wi-Fi to communicate). My mom had an AT&T line and has been trying to cancel her account for months with no avail. We came into T-Mobile to get her a new line and say good riddance to AT&T. Levar was so attentive and presented all options to us to make sure we're not paying more than we need to. He helped her set up the line and took her through step by step. At the same time he helped me utilize the full benefits of my plan by setting up my Netflix and Apple TV account payments. There was also a promo that gave me a third line for free which I can now give my dad!! Thank you so much, Levar. Truly made our night!!”

“Ana greeted me immediately and then after pulling up my account thanked me for being a Verizon customer! Ana took the time needed to listen to my extreme Verizon cell phone technical issues and then professionally and quickly acted to find all solutions! She had to add a 2nd eSIM and phone line on my iPhone and adjust many settings both in the phone and online with Verizon to fine tune everything for the way I personally wanted it. She also pointed out a new free features that come with adding a 2nd phone line to the same iPhone: such as free data speed increase, a reduced monthly Netflix plan locked in for 3 years, and much more. She made sure that I as a customer received all the possible perks and savings available from Verizon by explaining my specific plan and how the added phone line changes the cost of all the other phone lines in my bill by showing me the store’s computer screen and walking me through line by line. After she resolved my initial issues she offered a new screen protector that was on sale and had Verizon promotions so I of course accepted and so Ana took the time to clean my phone to prepare it for the new quality replacement screen protector as if it were her own phone.Ana is an asset for the Verizon team and a great representation in acting on Verizons’ behalf to help customers stay satisfied and therefore to keep coming back and remain loyal ...such as myself! This experience for me with Ana and the Verizon brick and mortar store in Woburn, Montvale Ave., is why I spread the Verizon referral by way of word of mouth to my family, friends, and professional colleagues! “I had purchased a phone ? online at a great price and brought it in to the River Street T-Mobile* location in Waltham Massachusetts. Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“Exceptional service despite the store not having what I needed in stock. The agent there (Fri eve 3/1) went out of his way to try and help and not just for me. I watched him deliver exceptional service to everyone who came in. He was not only speaking with people in person but coordinating his efforts on the computer and on the phone, all at the same time. At one point someone thanked him for his help and he simply replied, "that's what we do here." Verizon is lucky to have this gentlemen, whose name now I wished I got.”

“I've had netBlazr for almost 10 years (as long as it's been available in my building) and everything about the service has been phenomenal. In those 10 years, I can think of maybe 3-4 times the service went down and every time a rep knew exactly what was happening and was able to estimate a time of restoration; the customer service is great. The speed is what attracted me as both upload and download were the fastest available and often what I measured (using SpeedTest) was higher than what my plan quoted. Small bonuses: no extra equipment in my condo (they installed a jack where there used to be a phone line) and I was able to use my own WiFi router—Xfinity and other seem to penalize you for not using their proprietary one. Highly, highly recommended if it's available in your building.”

Brighton location lied basically, Cambridgeside didn't have the phone, not even on display... And Brookline didn't even understand what I was asking for... This was literally my 4th location today and it was in stock then boom. We've been paying for a phone I returned 11 months ago. Crazy. Service was stellar though.”

“I needed to upgrade my phone and even though there's a TMOBILE less than a mile from me but I opted to try this one in Wilmington. The reason is the one near me is always crowded and I as I get older I don't have the patience to spend at least an hour to upgrade. The experience I had at this store was beyond amazing! The two young men working there were very professional,knowledgeable and really made the upgrade process great!! I was in and out in half an hour!!! First time ever, and Ive been buying cellphones from the size of sidewalk bricks in the day to the S23 now (lol) Great location, great staff!!”

“Signed up with T Mobile yesterday and was helped by Alexis. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

“I went in to change my service from AT&T. I was welcomed right away by the rep and he talked about all the pricing and products available. After 2 hours, my wife and I left with 2 new phones and a new IPAD before going to T-mobile, I went to xfinity. I was quoted price but I needed information to transfer the lines. When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again”

“I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((We had a great experience.
