He helped me with all the insurance questions I had and talked to me about, what steps I needed to take. The car came out looking brand new. “I usually don't do reviews but i had to for this place! Richie's is awesome! Our daughters Jeep broke down right before her moving half way across the country. She had it at another shop and they totally got it wrong when it came to what was wrong with it. We told her to pick it up and bring it somewhere else. This is when she brought it to Richie's. They got it in and looked at it and had all the repairs done in no time. My husband went to help her move and Richie called and asked if my husband had 15 minutes to run by there so he could put the Jeep on the lift to show my husband what the problems are. Honest owner and staff! The only thing upsetting is that she just found out about this place right before moving. We would have stayed with them NO doubt! Highly recommended!!!”

“I called last Thursday to give them time to order a muffler for my car and the manager told me he wanted to inspect the exhaust system first. I brought it down Saturday and he inspected the car and pumped up my tires to correct PSI and then told me he couldn't repair the part that rusted out and it needed to be welded. He did not charge me for the time spent on my car even though there were quite a few customers waiting for service. This place is so honest and kind, he refered me to a shop that does welding and saved me a fortune. Highly recomend this shop for anything. Honesty is hard to find. I will be going here from now on for my oil changes and tires for sure.”
“Today I went to a new mechanic, the owners name is Koko and his company is called Foreign and Domestic Auto Service in Medford. His phone number is 781-391-0808. I had to have my front brakes replaced in my Toyota and the service was organized, quick, and very courteous. Mr. Koko had a smile on his face the whole time I was there which wasn't very long. In my 58 years I have never had such a remarkable experience with an automobile mechanic at such a reasonable price for my repairs. Mr. Koko will now be my go to automobile mechanic and I will use him going always going forward. You should definitely try his work, I guarantee as you won't be disappointed.”
