They provide reminders of upcoming appointments, explain clearly what work they recommend be done and with what timing, do the work pretty quickly, and it all comes with a friendly smile. I also enjoy the good coffee machine in the waiting area and, when I can't wait, they provide a Lyft/Uber service to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready - super convenient.”
“I had an excellent experience with M E Auto Accessories! They installed power, illuminated running boards and an Auxbeam switch on my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X, and the results were amazing. The wiring is completely hidden and everything works and looks perfect. I appreciated the prompt communication, detailed estimate, and reasonable prices. They took the time to explain the installation and functions when I picked up my truck, which was a nice touch. Great attention to detail and even more amazing customer service. I can't wait to return for more work soon! Highly recommended!

This time, Jay installed lighted door handles, rooftop marker lights, a light bar behind the grill, lights in the bumper, a new third brake light, cold air intake, and turbo resonator. Jack and his administrative team were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process, providing clear and timely updates via email, as requested.
The entire process took about a week, which was faster than expected. The car was returned not only with the agreed-upon repairs but also cleaner than when I dropped it off. I can see why their reviews are so highly rated, and I would definitely return if needed—though hopefully not anytime soon!

“Called around Medford looking for someone who could check out my broken door handle on short notice and Citi were the first ones who said yeah, come on over and we’ll check you out now. They figured out what was going on with the car, found a part that fixed it and had it all done in about an hour, and all for less cost than expected. They also took time to explain and show what was going on with the car and how they were fixing it. Can’t say enough good things about the service they gave. Car trouble never really happens at a convenient time and often risks keeping you from getting to work and they were helpful making my car usable on short notice so I wouldn’t have to Uber to work while my car sat in the shop.”

“I was just at this location in search of new wiper blades for my car. The second I walked in the associate greeted me and asked if I needed help. She had the exact wiper blades I needed in my hand and had me out the door and on my way in less than five minutes. And although they were short handed she told me if I had any issues putting them on to come on back and they would help me. I wasn't having the best of days but I walked out of there feeling great. I wish I caught her name so that she could be formally recognized- but I would just like to thank her for providing incredible customer service! Simply outstanding. 5/5”
