I met with the owner who was courteous and professional but I was a bit skeptical as his quote was over one thousand dollars lower than the other three local body shops that I went to.When I got my car back about two weeks later, the result far exceeded my expectation. The bumper and paint job was amazing, it look brand new. “Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

Unfortunately it was an issue that he was not able to do (undercarriage needed some welding work) but he knew what needed to be done and where I could take it. He made the call for me. “My husband's car was rear-ended, and I found Collex through my insurance agency. They are a preferred vendor and I certainly learned why. From my initial phone call right through to the end, the experience was easy and fast. Brittany is an asset to this business and knows her job which made a stressful situation easier to deal with. When we arrived to drop off the car, the rental came right after, and we were on our way. She kept us informed every step of the way and worked with the insurance company on any additional costs. I also had asked if they were able to find a stereo at a salvage yard since the one in the car did not work. She called me with a price, and they installed that as well for a minimal cost. It was so easy to just come back, drop the rental and get in our car which was also cleaner then when we dropped it off. “As a woman with no experience with cars and being single, I had to walk into a shop full of men and ask for help. Even though the men there were extremely gracious to begin with and found out what the issue was and called my dealership because they thought that it was an extended warranty type issue, they sent me home and told me they'd call me. They never did. I called the mid-afternoon he told me people get busy and was a little bit rude about it and told me he'd call me by the end of the day and he never did. I found another mechanic and I actually called them and I told them that if they say they're going to call somebody, they need to stick to their word, they are a business, and because of them not getting back to me at all, I went to another mechanic and I gave them all of my business which was a 1500 dollar job, and the part that I originally went for, was covered by my dealership. So they lost out on the money and I'll never go back. But I will say and the reason I gave them four stars was because when I originally walked in there they were very nice and being a woman on her own, that was appreciated. However, they need to work on their follow-through”
“I can't say enough good things about Today's Collision. When my 700 series BMW was rear-ended and sustained significant damage I was referred to them by a friend. I dealt with Bobby (the owner) and Carlos primarily. Friendly, professional, and keep you informed every step of the way, as does everyone who works there. Emails and detailed voice messages/phone updates every step of the way. But the final product ! Incredible. These people are true artists. My car looks better than the day I bought it.
