It was a bit aggravating, but these things can happen anywhere and if I had such a problem at one of the big hardware stores, it probably wouldn't have been met with as much concern and attention. “This place is fantastic. These guys are great. I have been doing habitat improvement (forest stand improvement) and thus I needed a chain saw. Well, Andrew was amazing and helped me with my purchase as well as troubleshooting some problems I had. “I called Newton Decorative Hardware looking for a part for an Emek lock. The gentleman on the phone said while he couldn’t be sure he had the exact item, he said come on in and he’d find me something that would work. When I got to the shop, the same gentleman found the part I was looking for in a box of spares, handed it to me, and sent me on my way without charging me a cent.While I doubt they can give away items for free on a regular basis, this type of treatment shows a level of customer service rarely seen any more.I will definitely shop at Newton Decorative Hardware in the future!”
