“I had come from NY to install water Purification system @ my friends house. It needs special fittings , HD / Lowes didn't hve or they were helpful. But this store owner was relentless in sloving my problem ,,he not only made several suggestions which prompted me to take a different route , which resulted in successfull installationI strongly ? recommend to all the Mansfield or near by town residents ., to shop & this store . A woman with a cool Irish accent was so patient and kind with me on the phone while I asked her to look up several different sku # to see what they had in stock. When I arrived, the same woman, Rachel, was just as kind, patient and thorough in person as she was on the phone. Jess, the woman who rang me up, was super friendly and kind. She engaged with my 6 month old son who I was carrying and made him smile. When Rachel and Brian were loading my purchases onto my trailer, Brian and I engaged about the device he used to bring the toolboxes outside, he was also kind and friendly. I had a wonderful experience with this purchase, and it was also my birthday, which made the experience even better! I'd make this my go to HFT if it wasn't so far from my home. “Rocky’s Ace Hardware in Millis, MA is always helpful and attentive to its customers. But the experience I had yesterday was truly exceptional. The battery in my car fob died, and I couldn’t start the car. Justin at Rocky’s Ace Hardware located the correct battery, and opened the fob and replaced it for me. It wasn’t that easy to maneuver the fob to get it open, and then figure out how to release the battery. I’m so grateful to Justin and all the employees at Rockys!!”

“They have been very fair on pricing and easy to deal with as they supply lumber for 4 dugouts that Tri-County has been building at Wrentham Sweat Fields. I have been very happy with their professionalism, pricing and responsiveness. Our rep Mike has done a great job. He is on the job site often, whenever Tri needs to do a big order for the next dugout - he is there providing excellent customer service. “We needed playground wood chips for our back yard. Called Sam White & Sons in Medfield and were able to schedule a delivery within a few days. I ordered 5 yards and that was a bit too much (the guy on the phone estimated 10-14 yards, that would be enough for a whole school playground...)The truck driver was excellent, managed to maneuver the truck thru our driveway (somewhat narrow with overhanging tree limbs) into our back yard. He was professional, kind and friendly.We bought what they call "certified playground wood chips", but I was disappointed because a lot of it is thin sawdust, the fine fibers get into your nose and throat even when the material is wet, you need to wear a mask when spreading it around. I doubt it will last more than a couple of years. My advice is to order the coarse wood chips, I think that's the stuff you see at school playgrounds, larger chips, less fine dust.Overall- they grossly overestimated the quantity we needed, and the material they recommended was not the best for our needs. But still- great service, fair prices, recommended!”

“These guys are awesome. I'm a DIY and they took the time to make sure I got everything I needed and all the right parts. They even went out of their way to give me some tips but most of all they were gentlemen and very professional. I will drive out of my way to Dedham from now on. I see some bad reviews, I dont understand. My guess is people went during their rush when all the plumbers and contractors were there. I went during that time, early in the morning too but I had enough sense to see they were extremely busy helping the people that literally pay their bills so I left and came back when things settled down. I wouldn't expect them to drop everything to assist me, a potentially one time customer spending $200.Thanks”

“I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”

“Best place I have found for CO2 tank refills is DMI Gases in Hyde Park. They fill your cylinder while you wait. Cost on a 5lb refill is 19.28 including the tax.
