“My husband has been building an elaborate custom Trackhawk for the last year. He is very picky about installing quality parts. There have been multiple occasions when Chad at Black OPS has walked my husband through installation procedures. On one occasion, I was at the shop with my husband and my husbands personal mechanic was having an issue installing a part. My husband called Chad at Black OPS and he quickly solved the issue by telling the mechanic how to install the part properly. Then Black OPS followed up twice with my husband to ask if there were any more issues because he knew we were picking up the vehicle and immediately going on a road trip.
