There have been multiple occasions when Chad at Black OPS has walked my husband through installation procedures. On one occasion, I was at the shop with my husband and my husbands personal mechanic was having an issue installing a part. My husband called Chad at Black OPS and he quickly solved the issue by telling the mechanic how to install the part properly. Then Black OPS followed up twice with my husband to ask if there were any more issues because he knew we were picking up the vehicle and immediately going on a road trip. Black OPS service is second to none! Chad is my husbands “go to” source for custom parts.”

“a very friendly guy named Dave that works there gave me and my son a lot of information about these cars and what they can do. it was pretty awesome and he was very informative and knew a lot about all of these cars. it was pretty impressive. I have been there before and had a tour of the shop with the foreman. his name was Nathan Johnson and he also is very awesome and informative and knows everything about factory five. I'm pretty sure that Nathan has been working there since high school. very friendly and nice person to deal with. if you want a really cool kit car to put together then I would suggest going to factory five and ordering a kit !”

“I usually go to auto zone (its closer) but they sold me a gas cap that didn't fit and they said all of them are the same. The gentleman at O'Reilly's went the extra step, and had the extra bit of knowledge that sometimes manufacturers change things mid year. My car is a 2012 he checked for a 2013 gas cap. Bam! it fit and it was 10 dollars cheaper than the 2012 gas cap. So yeah in this instance the employee went a little further and made all the difference. Great employees there - check it out.”
