After booking the repairs, the process was seamless. They kept me updated on the progress/timing over the span of 1.5 weeks and worked directly with my auto insurance regarding cost increases. I didn’t have to make a single call to a third party including the rental car service. Luchetti’s staff was knowledgable, professional and friendly. The completed work was also perfect, with no evidence of a single scratch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service with a small shop feel. I was told they focus on quality over quantity, working on fewer vehicles at a time compared to some of the larger auto body shops in the area.
