I have taken my machine, I mean corvette, to many places for them to make it worse then fixing the main problem. This place fixed it and went beyond to help me with other issues on the car and actually gave me great free advise for my sons Rav4. “I went into Coastal on a whim, not expecting to test drive any vehicles because I didn’t have an appointment. It was a busy Saturday at noon… However, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and ability to do some test drives despite not formally contacting them first. Chris was very kind and not pushy throughout the process and his communication has been (continues to be) top notch. Joe and John also helped me get into my new VW with a negotiation to get the price within our range. On the day of pickup, Matt spent time orienting me to my new vehicle so far and was so patient with all of my questions. Thank you so much to everyone from the Coastal team!”

“Needed an inspection sticker and I pulled up around 4:30pm and was helped immediately by a cheerful gentleman who brought my car in, took care of business and I was outta there in about 8-10 min. ?? as a side note, sometimes when the mechanics(at any facility) go to bring in your vehicle they might be dirty from a hard days work. Occasionally there may be some grease, oil or other car fluid on them and gets passed to your seat when they drive it in. I haven't had that issue here and it's my 3rd time getting a sticker there over the years. ????”

“Knowledgeable and honest. Called to see if he could fix a tire with a slow leak. Richie told me to come in immediately and was able to do it right then. Also changed my oil, rotated my tires, and replaced my rear breaks same afternoon which I desperately needed. He arranged for a ride to take me back to work and pick me up again once it was ready, which was super appreciated and made my life that much easier. Definitely will be coming back and will be referring friends here.”
