“this store is locally owned & operated. it has lower prices than the local chain pet supply stores. they do NOT sell animals. they do sell everything that you’d need & are very knowledgeable & helpful as associates too. i get everything that i need for my African Grey here now! even cheaper than Amazon. it’s also an adorable little store. products are top-notch brands, & you can get little fun things there too. overall it’s always an excellent experience in the store!”

“I have a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and haven't brought him for a professional bath since our last groomer unfortunately went out of business. He's a rescue and can be fickle around new people. The lovely folks at Linda's told me he did great (I really hope so!) But I will say while he was happy to see me, he did seem very relaxed. The price was very reasonable for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, etc and even a bandana! $$ is tight these days but we will be back soon!”

“This is a fantastic doggy daycare that I would highly recommend to anyone!! Everyone I have come in contact here with has been wonderful. They are all so kind, dedicated, very dog-savvy and truly want what is best for your dog. As the owner of a tiny 6lb very shy & sometimes sassy rescue pup, they treated her like she was their own. It was so reassuring to drop off my little girl and hand her off to Brian and/or the “aunties” and she would willingly go with them and give them kisses. She does not typically act that way with many people. Given that my girl is so small, they were honest with me when she didn’t have the best days during the busy summer months. “I do not understand the negative reviews for this business, perhaps they are true and correct but I have never seen or experienced anything described. The owner is a darling of a woman, the store is very clean and well stocked. The staff seem very caring and do a great job grooming my 135 lb. Central Asian Shepard. Ears, nails, shedding treatment etc., all of these are excellent by my experience. The dog is totally dry and gorgeous when she comes home! The value is unparalleled, have you ever washed a dog?? It is a nightmare!! Thank you Dog Spa, I really appreciate you!!”

“I 110% recommend Jocelyn to Any cat owner! I have a 16 year old senior long hair cat that had a matted under arm and private area. She made quick work of it and we were in and out in 20 minutes!!! “This Petco recently held a "pet photos with Santa" afternoon. Customers could get a photo of their pet(s) with Santa (an affable Petco employee named Mark) in exchange for a donation to Cape Ann Animal Aid. I was there as a shelter volunteer and had the pleasure of working this event with Mark and the store manager, Alyssa. First, Mark was the best Santa, enthusiastically posing with everything from dogs and cats to emotional support rabbits, and being extremely patient when some animals needed time to warm up. Alyssa was a consummate manager, bouncing between being the official photographer and ringing up orders, answering customer questions, etc. The entire team seemed happy to be there, which is rare in a retail environment (especially around the holidays). I was so impressed with Alyssa, Mark and the rest of the crew at Peabody Petco that I felt the need to post this review. Finally, at the end of my shift, Alyssa and "Santa" sent me home with a cart's worth of donations to bring to Cape Ann Animal Aid. It was such a kind gesture after they had already spent three hours collecting donations. I can not speak highly enough of this store and its employees.”

“Worldly Pets is an adorable pet store! I was strolling nearby when I was enticed by their colorful displays of toys through the window. I'm always down to purchase a new toy for my beloved senior rescue (even if she doesn't play with them) because I just want her to have everything she's never had.The staff is beautifully organized by animal and the staff were hard at work offering pet food suggestions to dog owners with complex health issues. As I listened to their suggestions, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and care for all their customers. They seem to offer a wide variety of foods, toys, grooming supplies, and collars/leashes. I also saw on their social media pages that they have a mobile grooming salon! I believe I read they have an upcoming nail clip for cats and dogs and are donating the $15 to local animal rescues for pets in need. I thought that was so classy, philanthropic and kind. Any business that gives back gets 5-stars in my book.”
