“I do not understand the negative reviews for this business, perhaps they are true and correct but I have never seen or experienced anything described. The owner is a darling of a woman, the store is very clean and well stocked. The staff seem very caring and do a great job grooming my 135 lb. Central Asian Shepard. Ears, nails, shedding treatment etc., all of these are excellent by my experience. The dog is totally dry and gorgeous when she comes home! The value is unparalleled, have you ever washed a dog?? It is a nightmare!! Thank you Dog Spa, I really appreciate you!!”

“I 110% recommend Jocelyn to Any cat owner! I have a 16 year old senior long hair cat that had a matted under arm and private area. She made quick work of it and we were in and out in 20 minutes!!! She was kind and judgement free! This was an extremely large relief for my older cat and a great help to me.The website is a bit different but I love the quirkiness of it all.”
