“The people in the Beverly location are fabulous.I have spoke with both Richard and Alicia and they are patient and courteous and good at explaining the details for someone who has never used a storage unit before. there was a glitch with the reservation made through some central phone number which Richard was able to figure out and correct. He was patient and professional and diligent which was great. Prime moving is lucky to have them both!”

“Super friendly people. Very helpful. Parked next to the building, checked in. Got a door immediately. Was told to go down the hill and back up to the gate. They opened the gate, bumped the dock. Loaded within 45 minutes. Pull back out, parked next to the building, walked to shipping, got my bills and was on my way all within about an hour. Definitely wouldn't mind coming here again when out this way.”

“Great storage facility, climate controlled, easy access, and the management is excellent. Like all storage facilities we planned on staying a few months, ended up there for a few years :) Would definitely recommend as a go to facility for storage on Cape Ann!”
