“Absolute gem of a place for all your boating needs. I rented a Hobie kayak (off site) and Mary Ellen met me at the shop at a time that was convenient for me. She helped me secure the kayak to the top of the car, so now I know how to transport kayaks. I found that the system she used to install kayaks on the roof of cars is idiot proof, and the kayak is securely fastened to the top of the car to avoid liability. I also found that any guy could lift a kayak and install it the the roof of a car solo (it's not that heavy), however hauling the kayak fewer for more than 5 feet I recommend two people. I refuse to rent anywhere else, and I look forward to renting from Little Harbor Boathouse again.”
“R.C. Mason Movers deserves 10 stars! In less than 4 days, they carefully and efficiently moved all our gym equipment into the 27,000 sq ft facility. Each team member was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Not only did they move all the heavy duty equipment and machines with great attitudes, they ensured the machines were placed properly and were evenly spaced. It was like having the dream team bringing the gym to life. Highly recommend!”

“After completing my rental on line I drove to the public storage in Peabody MA with a truck load of boxes. Before heading there I spoke with Mr. Andrew of the public storage in Peabody MA over the phone and was told that the entrance gate had been out of service and they had to close up the storage at 6pm instead of the usual 9pm. However I misunderstood that and headed to the storage at quarter to 6pm. Once I got there Mr. Andrew explained to me why they had to close the storage at 6pm; but when he saw a truck load of boxes behind me he said “let me think about it to see what I can do”. He decided to stay until we finishing up our move. He showed us the unit, explained to us the cautions with the lock and directions to the office, helped us with maneuvering the loading cart. After about one and an half hours we finished our move and Mr. Andrew led us out of the building. I’m so grateful and appreciative to Mr. Andrew and glad that I’ve chosen Public Storage in Peabody MA to store my personal belongings!”

Our experience at the Public Storage facility at 495 Newbury St in Danvers has been AWESOME - mostly because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY ERIC, who manages the facility. I don't typically write/post reviews, but am doing so now so anyone looking for storage in the Danvers area can know there should be no other place to look, other than this Public Storage location! We had our belongings moved across the country on an 18-wheeler truck, from Los Angeles, CA to Danvers, MA. The truck arrived just last week. Eric was instrumental in making sure all went smoothly, from the beginning to end:* helping us in reserving, and securing/paying for the 3 storage units we needed* filing out the hole for the lock on the door to one of the units we are renting because the lock wasn't fitting right* temporarily (approx. just an hour) accommodating the entry for the Public Storage tenants via the "Exit" gate on the property because the size of the moving truck that brought our belongings was so big it obstructed the "Entry" gate* offering ice cold water bottles to me and the driver and movers (as it was an extremely warm and humid morning)Eric's professionalism, and his kind, welcoming and courteous demeanor, along with his personal touch of service with a smile, made all the difference from this storage facility vs. any others I've experienced. And I've certainly experienced other storage facilities, as over the years in Southern CA I've previously used: Farmer's Market Storage (at The Grove in LA) Clutter.com, and StorQuest (in Long Beach, CA) - all nice facilities, but could never rival the customer service I experienced with Eric.You can tell Eric takes pride in his work, and with the assistance of Ana (whom I met the day the movers arrived and is just as professional and courteous as Eric), they make sure the facility inside and out stays clean and in tip top shape! Many thanks to Eric - and Ana! - at Public Storage at 495 Newbury St in Danvers, MA for their PROFESSIONAL AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.”
