“I would give Lou and Brian 10 stars if I could. I needed new brakes and was heading out of state. Even though they were closing early they squeezed me in. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. I knew I needed to replace the rotors, but they still showed me my old rotors. My front brakes were good but there was still grinding so they cleaned the calipers and whatever else had build up. They could have easily told me I needed new front brakes as well but they have integrity and are honest. Loving my smooth and quiet ride!

“Nick saved us. A worn out pulley shredded the serpentine belt on our van while passing through on a long road-trip. No AC, no power steering, no alternator to keep the battery charged.....so no way we could keep driving. He prioritized us the following morning and had us repaired and back on the road. Other repair shops likely would have taken advantage of our desperate situation and added extra charges, but Nick was kind and compassionate and charged us a very reasonable rate, explained the issue and what had to be fixed and got us back on the road quickly and safely. Highly recommend.”

Notably, they have repaired pesky flat tires fast and for ultra cheap on a few occasion. I enjoy talking to the owner while my car is repaired. Note that this is not a snazzy place. It’s basic and they get the job done.”

“My car started getting water on the driver’s and passenger’s side carpets due to a clog in the air conditioning drain caused by leaves. I took it to a nearby repair shop, but they could only fit me in two days later, and the person there estimated it would cost around $150 since they charge by the hour.
I decided to go to Pine Banks because I needed the repair done quickly due to the damage. I brought the car in, and the person there asked me to drop it off early the next day. I did that and waited at a nearby café. Less than 30 minutes later, he called to say the car was ready. When I got there, he only charged me $20! Very honest people! I will only take my car there from now on! Excellent service at a fair price!”
