“Thank you to Jaimie Edo and her team Ariel Sheris and Steven Ally for all the support you provide our residents every day at Quarry Stone @ Overlook Ridge. The residents are very fortunate to have such a professional, responsive and proactive team to answer and respond to all of our questions and concerns with a cheerful look and attitude. The true test of a property management team is their performance under the worst circumstances and this team has demonstrated More than once. I have firsthand experienced this team nothing short of spectacular.”
“I have enjoyed living at J Malden Center so much that I've lived here twice now. The apartments and amenities are beautiful and well maintained with a very friendly and accommodating office staff. I have a disability and use a mobility assistance device, so it's especially helpful that they have automatic doors at the main entrances, handicap parking spaces available, and elevators/ramps. The location is convenient being a 2 min walk to the Malden T stop and commuter rail, plus I'm a 5 min walk from Starbucks, a liquor store, French pastry shop, great restaurants, breweries, etc. It's a bit pricey nowadays, but I do think it is worth it. Plus all my neighbors are kind and many have sweet doggos to pet. Hard to beat!”
“I have always had a very positive experience with whatever repairs I may request from time to time. Response is always prompt and the service technicians are skilled, polite and respectful.”
“I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience in general. I hope everyone can find a place that suits them the best.
1. Maintenance: Bruce and his team have consistently done an excellent job. They are always responsive, and most maintenance requests are resolved within 36 hours.
2. Location: The location is fantastic, whether you have a car or not. Within walking distance, you'll find a bakery, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, Chinese food, and a Japanese ramen spot. There’s also a Stop & Shop and Super 88 Market nearby for groceries. Of course, the subway station is just around the corner.
3. Parking: There are both covered and uncovered parking options available. There may also be public parking nearby, which could be cheaper, though I’m not sure about the specifics.
4. Pets: The building is pet-friendly, which is great if you're a pet owner.
5. Noise: The noise level depends heavily on your neighbors. The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors aren't respectful of quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), it can be disruptive. Unfortunately, my neighbor hasn't always followed the community rules, which has been a bit frustrating.”
