The definition of incompetence. Made an appointment and the banker just continued talking to her co-worker for 10 minutes while I waited. No other customers around. She then just created confusion. Then she didn't properly upload the forms. I don't know why I'm still a BOA customer.

Called Thursday to inquire about a wire transfer, told to come in and they could help. Said I'd be there Friday. Showed up at 1:05pm, finally spoke to someone at 1:10, and was told by the banker that I needed an appointment and she had a client coming in at 1:30, told me I could come back at 2. There were 4 employees in the branch and one (possible) customer. Then she told me I could take my chances and go to another branch. She was very dismissive and not at all helpful. Was never suggested in my phone conversation to book an appointment. Took my chances at the Saugus branch, and what a difference! Same number of employees, busier with customers, yet Amanda worked with me and had my wire completed in less than 15 minutes.

Had a miserable experience regarding a certified check deposit transaction with that branch. First of all, the teller did not deposit the check into the right account. Second and the worst, they placed a hold for 10 days, reluctant to RELEASE the fund while the fund had been in their hands a day after the deposit. In order to get my money back to my account, I have to visit the branch 3 times, sitting in one of the bankers' office for longer than 30 minutes, listened to all sorts of non-credible excuses. I felt as if the money was not mine, but begging to borrow theirs. They held my check for 8 days for no valid reason whatsoever. If you need to deposit a check with a few thousand $s or more, you will need to watch out.

I have been a BoA customer since 2007 with three checking accounts. I was never changed monthly maintenance fees, until this week. I looked at one account and saw I had a $25.00 fee debited from one of my accounts and on the next day I had a $12.00 debited from the other. I never received ANY notification of such charges and was never changed before.I called the bank and they told me the fees are monthly maintenance fees. That is unreasonable fees. They did refund my fees for this month but told me I would be charged again next.I will use this time to close out my accounts as I have already opened new accounts with PNC Bank without any fees.To top this matter off, my branch of BoA has been closed since Covid. Nothing has closed down completely other than this bank. This is my only complaint about the branch.I find their practices unacceptable. I suggest everyone look at their accounts for the stolen fees and leave this bank.

The worst Bank of America branch ever, poor customer service

There automated system is terrible. Employees who answer the phone aren't familiar with the products or procedures, if you actually get a person. Very frustrating. I have been with B of A for over 20 years- but this is going to have to change if I can't get better service.

It's a special type of place that has 6 teller windows, 3 employees milling around, and only 1 teller actually serving customers.

I went into this bank this morning just to get some check registers. It is located right in the middle of Boston's financial district. I was going to look around around to see where the tellers were but I ended up not even having to even wait in line for a teller because there was a bank employee near the front door and he was able to get them for me. There are a few ATM's here but not as many as you would think you'd see in a bank this huge. There is a Red Barn Coffee Roasters location on the first floor and I went over there to grab a bottle of water.

Don't use this bank! Managers and office staff use your SS# to create fake accounts to reach their monthly quota. BANKER BEWARE!

This location is for major banking transactions, and not the day-to-day issues of debit card replacement (what I went in for). I was in training across the street for a few days, and despite my flexible availability, I had to go back a few times due to how busy their bankers were (not tellers). They were able to address all of my issues by the next day after a short meeting with a representative. For how large this location is, there were only 4 ATMs present at the entrance.
