“My fiancé and I have lived at Metro for 3 years now, and we love to call this place home. The management and maintenance staff (especially Lauren, Kayla, and Andrew) have gone above and beyond to take care of any mechanical or personal issues. The rooms and appliances are all modern. Considering how close it is to the train station, we don’t really hear that much street noise from our unit. The gym and club room are excellent amenities and always clean. Our neighbors are fantastic - it’s a very warm, welcoming community to be a part of. Our dog enjoys playing with the other dogs in the complex at the on site dog park. We feel so lucky to live at Metro!”

“Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”

“We recently moved to 50 Station Landing and are very pleased with our apartment, Andrew in the leasing office was incredible, he answered all of our questions, showed us multiple apartments, secured our move in date, the whole leasing office very cooperative and helpful, we see them around the building they always say “hello “ and asked is their anything they can do for us, this is a great community.”

“When I moved into Heritage at Stone Ridge, every inch of my apartment was clean and freshly painted, and all the appliances were new or in working order. The maintenance staff is responsive and gets things done, and the office staff has been very helpful. The residents have warmly welcomed me. I highly recommend this community!”

“I am happy to have my new apartment whch I can call home the only thing is that the airconditioning unit is too noisy.. Can I like ask for a replacement or repair for that. It stressing me... :( that is my concern.. I need a home which is comfortable and peaceful..When it comes to safety, I believe it is safe living there because all the entrance and exit doors are locked and only tenants (aside from the princeton staff) can get in.”

“My wife and I moved into Cliffside recently after living in her childhood home for the past 31 years. The move was a very sad and stressful event for us both but especially for my wife. Edie the property manager @ Hillside Community did everything she possibly could to make it easy and stress free because she fully understood what my wife was going through. Everyone here at Hillside has made us feel incredibly welcome and happy. Edie is absolutely wonderful, she is very kind & considerate , Jasmine in the main office addresses all of needs cheerfully and always says "have a blessed day", Will, Mike & John from the maintenance team quickly and efficiently attend to all of our requests and Mike the security guard always greets us with a big smile, wave and thoughtful conversations. All of our building neighbors and residents from the complex are so friendly and helpful! The grounds and common areas are all kept in great order and Christine who cleans our Cliffside building keeps it immaculately clean and fresh every day! We love being a part of the Hillside Community, if a man's home is truly his "castle" then I feel like the "King of Cliffside", our deepest gratitude to everyone at Hillside for making us feel that we are finally at home where we belong!!”

“Living at RE150 has been an amazing experience, especially moving from the suburbs to closer to the city. Mark, Kathleen, and Lakara have all been wonderful and welcoming during our two year stay here. Their management style and compassion go a long way to support the operations here. The community is constantly cleaned and the amenities are a great addition. The gym is always clean and machines are regularly serviced. The common areas offer extra space for work or hanging with friends, or making new friends with neighbors! Another positive is the covered parking that is available at the apartment complex - so hard to find close to the city. One of my favorite perks of living here is being able to walk along the river on a daily basis and see so many cute dogs! I recommend this building to anyone looking to move to the Boston area!”

“Leasing team (met with Tim) is very friendly and responsive. Corridors have leaks when touring, but the apartment itself looks nice enough. Didn't end up signing the lease due to personal reasons but the process was rather pleasant.”

“Honestly, this is a great apartment to live at especially if you want all the amenities that you need in one place. This place is kind of like a huge commune, does that make sense? Basically, it feels like you can have everything you need from gym to coworking workspaces to hosting spaces to rooftops to dog friendly amenities. Everything is here.One person that has been really helpful is Mike Stelmack. He is one of the property managers here. He always goes above and beyond to help us with whatever problems we have as residents here. One time I was having trouble connecting my MacBook to the amenity space TV, and he helped us plug everything in and showed us how to use the TVs which was great. They plan little community events and little pop-ups that are really nice. One time they had Tous Les Jours bakery goods in the lobby which was awesome.Mike has also been helpful whenever I need to print Amazon return labels. If I’m confused, how to use the printer will help me figure it out. Otherwise, he’ll just print it for me.Also, if I have trouble finding one of my packages in the Amazon hub or in the mailing room, he’ll get up right away and help me find it. If Amazon or other mail carriers leave packages in the double doors area he also helps move our packages to the secure area. Honestly, this guy has been really friendly and ever since he joined the management a year ago, he has made our experience way better at this apartment because the management is a lot friendlier with him around.i know a long time ago there was a water leak but we have never had an issue with that ever so I dont think that should deter you from here.I also really like that this place is bug free because I hate bugs.”

“We have always enjoyed living here, and that's even more true recently. Over the past three months, a concerted effort has been made by the team to tackle outstanding issues while also doing an amazing job of creating community among a complex full of busy people. The grounds on and around the property are always beautiful, but especially spring/summer/fall; there's a pickleball court, great swimming pool, and the walls between apartments are solid and sound-blocking. Most of the issues people mention come from too-tight budget constraints placed on the staff by corporate (though they've never once complained about you, corporate!). And it seems even that is changing, as there are excellent signs of corporate attention to detail. This is a safe, convenient and terrific place to call home, so much so we just signed up last fall for another 15 months!”

“I just want to say how happy I am with how quickly my maintenance request was resolved (replaced toilet parts in less than 1 day). My old apartment complex, took 5 whole weeks to replace a circuit breaker. Inwood West maintenance team is above and beyond and the leasing office team is very friendly and great to work with as well. Thank you!”

“Drew and Mitchell in the leasing office are so kind and very attentive - and always try to help/make issues right. After living here for 1.5 years in a 1 bedroom, enjoyed it here so much that I decided to move into a 2 bedroom in the same building. The walls are sufficiently insulated, the free parking is a great perk, and while it might not have everything, it's great for the cost of the rent.”

“Really enjoyed my time renting here. This is a great location in Arlington. Close to downtown Arlington and also Cambridge/Watertown/Belmont. Staff has been helpful when I have needed repairs or help. My apartment had ample room and good light! If you are looking for a low-key(not very noisy) apartment complex with a helpful staff, this place is for you! (also very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and other essentials which has been so convenient!)”
