I was having issues w my SUV and couldn't get in for an appointment for another week. There was no way my car would last that long so I decided it was best to try to get my car to the dealership because it was driving horribly this morning I just showed up; without an appointment. They were very busy however, Miles didn't turn me away. In fact he had the part on hand and fixed the issue the same day!!! I'm so thankful for Miles every time I have to come into Chevy !!!”
