So, everyone knows Ann Taylor and the quality of the clothing, BUT the Longmeadow Shops store has a secret. Her name is Anastasia and she is the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever encountered. Love shopping here.

As someone who's worked a few years in retail, when a customer wants to return something, you don't spit on them. You can turn them down politely if you need to, to make sure they'll return. That said, this is a cute store in an elegant open plaza. If the customer service improves, I'll be back.
