“You might not think reviewing a Post Office branch is worthwhile, but this particular location stands out for friendly staff and efficient wait times. I live in Cambridge but prefer to go to this branch for the friendlier and easier overall experience. There’s generally available 15 minute street parking right in front of the building if you go in the morning.”
“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”
“Arguably the best full service PO in Metro West. Can be a tad busy around noon and near close but Kelly and Wendy will take care of you. Lots of packing materials and friendly smiles that give you all the mailing options. Off peak times you are in and out with usually no wait.”

I went to send a mail in the afternoon on Friday March 11th, and the guy in the window was so polite, nice and efficient. I never felt so great and relaxed in a postal office before, and I think good work should be recognized.”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”
“Thus is the only post office I know in Massachusetts that emails you when you get mail delivered to your post office box......I have 6 post office boxes around Massachusetts, and this is the best service of them all.”
“I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. “We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”
“I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. I watched them work and they were so kind and upbeat to everyone. Complete opposite of rte 30 Framingham one. They are perfect examples of incredible customer service. “This post office is great. The people are friendly, our mailman gives our dog biscuits and plays ball with her, and I have never had any problem with the service. They hold our mail when we're away, and always get it right. Our mailman even took the "away" slip for us once because we were late getting it in. All around a nice group of professional people.”
“This is a great little PO hiding out in Nonantum, it is only open Monday - Friday BUT it does open at 7:30 so you can do whatever you need early. It is small, but really efficient so you can get in-and-out. I have brought in several packages over the last few months, Tina has been at the counter each time and is really friendly.”

I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world.
