They are awful ? Service sucks .. I found out they lied about phone insurance service .. my phone broke they didn't send me new one after being paying for "phone insurance" goin to find another company ?

I went to store yesterday on 4 of July,and the store was closed at 4:30 pm,and here at google was say it,was open until 7 pm .
