“After an abysmal experience with Xfinity both over the phone and in person at the store, Steve at the Merriam Ave Leominster AT and T store was a savior. He treated every customer equally with respect and was able to make everyone feel helped in a timely manner. My situation was a challenge and he went above and beyond to fix it, requiring some ingenuity and I sincerely hope he gets a raise because he should be running the company.”

“Received A+ service at this store today. After a terrible experience at another AT&T store yesterday, I was relieved that the staff at this store are attentive and friendly. I called ahead to verify they had the phone in stock before placing an online order. Jonathan confirmed they had the phone and told me he would set it aside for me. I placed my order online and had the order filled within an hour. When I went to pick up my order, he knew exactly who I was and had the phone ready.That’s the way customer service should be! I give five stars to the associate name Umar (hope I spelled it write) from the Mechanic St., Leominster branch. Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been in retail over 20 years and I know good service when I receive it. This young man was polite, patient and has a great personality. “I am a computer/cell phobic and hate change. I was terrified to switch from my 7 year old cell phone and afraid I would lose everything and not be able to navigate a new cell. Romeo at Orchard Hill in Leominster was outstanding! I explained my fears, and he was nothing but patient and kind and answered all of my questions and explained differences and changes. I feel so much better after having upgraded my old, tired phone now that he guided me through the transition. I would definitely go back to that store and deal with Romeo again in the future. Just what you want in customer service!”
