Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires offers a quiet, convenient, and centrally located setting near Downtown Lenox and Stockbridge, away from traffic. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and aging well, with spacious, very clean, and well-stocked rooms. It features a large, nicely decorated lobby, beautiful landscaping, outdoor fire pits, and ample seating. The staff is courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and provides accommodating services. The hotel is family-friendly and provides a great stay with complimentary parking. A bistro offers Starbucks coffee. Guests report it upholds Marriott standards and many would stay again.
Hotel was nice, but we complained three times about noise from the room above us and no one did anything.

Quiet convenient location to Downtown Lenox & Stockbridge. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front are courteous and attentive.

Visiting Lenox to see the fall leaves and visit family. Hotel was centrally located and exactly what you expect from a Courtyard.
