“Nice rooms, friendly staff.Breakfast is only available via a "bistro" in the lobby vs a grab and go buffet like most other Marriott brands in this category. There are no other nearby options for breakfast.Nice fire pit out back.Rooms: Nicely appointed, large TV, built in USB charging everywhere.Walkability: Crosswalk access to restaurant across the street.Food & drinks: Brew pub available across the street for dinner, coffee shop/ bistro available in the lobby for breakfast.”

“The Manager is very poor and lacks care to personalized service. This stems to the rest of the staff not being well educated in menu items or hotel amenities. The people who do the activities are the gem in this place. Service is lackluster and manager failed to notice my complaints.. you are not recognized as a Hyatt member here. They leave a note overnight that you must leave by 11am. Even though you spend a lot of money to do activities throughout the day you would not be able to refreshen in private before departing your journey. They are not very mindful and added stress to checkout day. They do not welcome you as a Hyatt member or mention any checkout procedures on the day of check inWe missed our activity at 10 am and manager failed to even recognize that in our conversation. We had to run around in the morning which added stress on what are we going to do with the stuff we needed for our activities. Or even walking around with our heavy jackets when it is freezing cold in the winter months up this north.Noteworthy details: Beware Hyatt members don’t expect recognition, be prepared to be lied to that they are full and must leave by 11am.. we checked and every room type was available for multiple selections.”

“Resort is now called Miraval, and the golf course Wyndhurst. Only went for golf, and can say the course is in good condition. Greens are firm, but run a little slow. Fairways lush, and rough is penal as it should be. Definitely will be back.”

“Beautiful self check-in hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom with fireplace was awesome! Steps from downtown Lenox. Parking is simple and straightforward.”

“Had us drive 3+ hour for a tour of the venue to potentially have our wedding there when they fully knew that the facility was closing down. They didn’t divulge any of that to us and completely wasted our time. Led us completely astray when they could have been transparent and honest and saved us a weekend of traveling. Further, the woman we were supposed to meet with didnt even show up and the person we met with didnt know about wedding details and was completely off base with prior conversations we had. I would suggest looking else where as this place is clearly is between management companies and transitioning to other things.”

“The Lenox Club is a beautiful venue tucked on a quiet road in the middle of Lenox. The venue is located on beautiful grounds and radiates a historical, timeless feel and ambiance. I came here with my family for a private Sunday Brunch and had a wonderful experience. The main dining area is perfect for a smaller more intimate gathering (think max 50 people) with cute window seats against the walls and a beautiful fireplace also with benches to sit by the fire. The food we had for brunch was served buffet style and was very tasty. The staff was great and always kept the food dishes full. If you are looking for a venue to host a gathering to celebrate any sort of occasion, this place is definitely worth considering!”

“Having a great time hereStaff is friendly.My kids were not sure what to order to drink, so the caretaker of the hotel tried to make them a drink he would have as a child. They loved it.Lobby is great for hanging out and they have board games.The interior design is well done. Lobby looks beautiful.Bed is good and sheets are cotton.They could have rubber mats in the rooms for snowy shoes but that is a minor detail.The ac is a wall mounted unit that sticks out in the room. Not the preferred setup but I think that style is rather common on these motel-like buildings.Great value for the price.Do not understand what all the negative reviewers expect. Four Season service at an eight of the price?”
