“I’m not a fan of most post offices but Fran made the experience very enjoyable. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to use this post office moving forward.”
“Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...”
“Bob Resker and his team are phenomenal. They shipped an antique pastel painting (framed and under glass) and Morris chair, both of which arrived in perfect order. The crating must be seen to be believed.Communication along the way was extremely prompt. Pickup and delivery were on time and as promised.Do not search further, Bob is your answer and worth every penny.”
“Honestly these guys are great - the patience and good nature (and efficiency) they bring to what is probably 80% people returning stuff is noteworthy. So I’m noting it :-) thank you for all you do!”
“Sales associates had a pleasure interacting with exceptional. Explained what I wanted they immediately knew what had to be done walked Through the entire ordering process. Friendly knowledgeable and extremely supportive. It was a pleasure doing business at Staples in Westboro.”
“Craters & Freighters recently packed and shipped on my behalf over 200 pounds of classic electronic equipment made in 1985. The manufacturer of this equipment is no longer in business, so parts are no longer available, especially the custom made, high precision O.E.M. mechanical parts. If something got bent or broken in shipping, the devices would have been a total loss. Craters & Freighters did an outstanding job. Packing was superb and the equipment traveled without a scratch. Highly recommended!”
“Staples saved me when VistaPrint failed to ship my product. They were able to honor a same-day pick-up for my order even though I made it after noon. I was also surprised at how affordable they were.”
“Exemplary example of great customer service. I had a 30’ monitor I had to ship, and I may not have dismantled it completely in the rush of the day. The staff went from sizing, finding the right box, packing, printing a label from my email - without having me to stop at staples for anything ✌️”
“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”
“Staples is extrememly helpful. I'm 91. An associate scanned my IRS documents to my tax preparer, helped me decide what copy paper and pendaflex files best met my needs, walked me to my car with my bags of purchases and put them in my car.”
“This USPS location is great. All the employees are always to kind and helpful. It's a busy location, but that doesn't stop them from taking the time to help customers to the fullest.”
“Jocelyn and Sheri were so incredibly patient and helpful as I was trying to ship a package to my family in Peru. The service was wonderful and I will definitely come back to this location for my shipping needs in the future!”
“The personalized service we receive from each postal service worker is OUTSTANDING….Especially Sir Michael. He is very personable, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about postage and packaging for mailing merchandise. He always has a kind word to say and also has a great sense of humor.”
“No problems with my experience at the shipping center but I had requested that my package be delivered to a local Walgreens where I could pick it up (no one home during the day to sign) and this was never done. Had to drive to the shipping center to pick it up.”

“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.
I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….
I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.
They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!
Appreciate the help you 3 have given me for over the past 2-3 years!”

“this place is the best. my experience has all the makings for a ups store commercial. my family rented a house on nantucket for august and when we left the house we left four boxes on the front porch for ups to pick up after the labor day holiday. apparently the boxes weren't labeled properly so the ups driver wouldn't take the boxes - and there was no way for me to get new labels on the boxes as i was already off-island. oh - and there was a hurricane bearing down on nantucket - the wind and rain from which would have surely destroyed our boxes sitting outside. but the ups store in nantucket saved the day. the owner of the store (literally!) got in his car and drove over to our rental house to pick up our boxes and bring them back to his store to keep them safe until the UPS driver could pick them up on monday. this place is everything that you want your local UPS store to be - while never expecting them to actually be THIS GOOD.”
“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time. The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”
“Huge shoutout to Colman and Taylor, who helped me through the most stressful situation of my life with figuring out how to send some important paperwork internationally and under a time crunch. I was able to use a computer there to generate an international return label with Taylor’s help, which would have been super complicated to do on my own. Colman went above and beyond to help me again when I had to go back a second time to re-create a commercial invoice. I can’t recommend these folks enough, and am so grateful for their patience and help with my shipment.”
“Love the passport service appointment option. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It's also the only post office near me that opens earlier at 8am making it possible to stop in for mail services before work.”
“I have recently had a very stressful incident happen to me. The manager of the UPS store, saved my life! I was told that I had to mail a large amount of money to a Federal Attorney to represent me as my ID had been stolen and I was going to be arrested for fraud and a number of horrible crimes. I ran to the bank took out my money and went to the UPS store in Hudson to mail it to some address in California to the attorney (Otiz). Bill the manager of the UPS store questioned me casually about the package I was mailing and when he learned what it was and the situation, cautioned me that it was a Fraud. I was being scammed, but I didn't believe him and told him to mail it anyway. He argued with me, but eventually did what I wanted. I was terrified and feared I would be arrested if I didn't mail it. Unbeknown to me, however, Bill, the manager, called the police as soon as I left the store. The police came to my house while the thief was still on the phone with me ( I guess they keep you on the phone a long time). When the officer confronted the man on the other end of the line (he said he was with the Social Security Department), it was soon obvious through his stammering and lies, that he was a fraud. We hung up and I went back to the store to tell them not to mail the package and get my money back. This manager's actions were above and beyond. He is a hero for saving my family (this would have ruined us). UPS should be proud and honored to have a man like this managing their store. He is not only an outstanding, strong and wise individual, he is a model of excellence and kindness. I cannot thank him him enough for what he did. He took it upon himself to call the police and rescued us from a horrible fate. Bill is number one and a 5 star hero in my book. I would trust my life with him and UPS.”
