Very friendly, always willing to explain the process (even if it gets confusing with the different carriers). I never walk out of that post office without grinning, laughing or smiling. You guys are rockstars!”

205 Main St, Ashland“As a stationery designer, I am here frequently mailing invitations for my clients. Mike and Sonal are always so helpful, kind, and take the time to answer my questions.”
“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
“The people are pleasant and the space is clean and organized. Not a big line either. They must pay these folks a lot because they're always happy and helpful!”
“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.
I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….
I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.
They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!
Appreciate the help you 3 have given me for over the past 2-3 years!”
“Good, old fashioned, and small-town post office vibes. Great service and always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitudes. Love my post office and all the good people working there!”

“Cheryl, Cathy and Fernando, employees with the Holliston Post Office, MA were friendly , kind, patient and very helpful in delivering a package to me that was initially sent to the incorrect address. They handled the situation professionally and perfectly and went beyond until it was resolved. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!”
“Sure, the place is in need of a facelift but, it's a great location and the employee's here are wonderful. Very helpful and kind, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic.”
“Please talk to your staff about professionalism with clientele who may have disabilities that aren't noticeable. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." Thank you.”
“This message is for Holly who came by today and put my daughter's wallet in our mailbox after she found it down the street, it must of fell out of her bag and someone took it stole all her credit cards and bank info, she was our hero who found it and brought it back to us with a note since we wasn't home. She is the nice lady who always does our mail, she better get a raise after this and her boss better praise her. Thank you so much Holly you saved her because thank god they didn't take her ID.”
“I've used this location for years & got to know the counter people. No one knows the abuse they take from the public when you're not there. I'm always treated with respect, friendliness & expediency. I can make them smile with a funny phrase or a compliment out of the blue if thats what's needed when I don't see any smiles. Patrons take their bad days out on the people behind the counter. You prob'ly won't see that happen, but it happens alot. Dave keeps his smile in his pocket, but its there if you gave a compliment once in awhile, even if its a struggle to do so. Working the public is a thankless job, add the pandemic, short staffing, standing for 7 hours, combating personal problems, disgruntled patrons & morning smiles wane quickly. If you want a smile & friendly greeting, go meet the ice cream truck when you hear their tune. Try Initiating a smile or a kind word & don't expect anything. But you will have made a difference to someone who may need it...just like you do.”
“I highly recommend going to this Post Office rather than the Post Office on Millville Road. Thank god for Marcus, friendly, professional and exonerates excellent customer service.”
