“We dropped off our brand new Model 3 right after delivery from Tesla Dedham. Paul is very communicative, transparent and polite. He explained everything to us when we dropped off. We did extensive PPF, clear coating interior/exterior and window tint. We researched another 4 companies and no one could beat their price. They use high end products like SunTek for PPF and 3M for coating and tint. If you research about ppf you’ll see everyone say it is not about brand but install experience, and Paul has been doing for many, many years. When we picked up our vehicle he showed us everything that was done, explained all the warranty info, gave us some brochures that explain how to take care of the car, and the science behind each product. The best part is Paul assures you he will take care of any issue. He is a family man and very nice person to talk to, you end up developing a relationship with him. Our Model 3 looked newer and shinier than when we purchased it. We will be coming back and bringing more of our family vehicles.”

Being honest about what to expect from a detailer is important. And Alex communicates, responds, is involved in YOUR car, meaning the shop will actually address your concerns, and be upfront. For me, Alex actually inherited an even harder job. He not only had to fix a bad ceramic coating from a dealership, but he had to somehow make a clean well maintained car look better. “I drive out of the way to get my car washed here because it's far better than my local car wash for an equal or lower price. After the wash, you can park right outside where there are FREE clean, dry cloth towels to wipe down the few drips left on the glass and inside doors. There's also a spray bottle to use on your tires if you didn't pay to have them given extra treatment (but I usually do.) There are special low prices on Tuesdays for seniors and Wednesdays are always bargain day. Other days' prices are equal to any other car wash I've found. Yesterday, I went in for my first interior detailing, with a full detailing planned for spring. They did an incredible job, far superior to one I had done last spring at a place in Weymouth. And they completely removed some road salt residue left on the floor mats from 2 years ago! Brian the owner and every staff member I've met there is polite and professional. Highly recommended.”

Not only did he remove the 20 year old decals, he fixed up some paint I had missing and also tinted my windows to hide the equipment. Best service I ever had. “Very nice family owned business.Friendly enough for sure.The only thing I wish more body shops would do especially when in for insurance work, if you could, please blend in the new paint with the old paint so it doesn’t look as obvious.I also inquired about having the car redone and my answer was it wasn’t worth it.Please note, the car did need a lot of work, but I was willing to pay for it as the car is paid off and plan to keep it for a long time regardless.Please try to listen to your customers more especially ones that will pay to do the work right since it’s already there..I highly recommend them as they do actually do great work just plan to spend some cash that’s all. Thanks again for getting me in so quickly and hope to come back again someday.Not from an accident though.”

“10/10 Great experience. Had an appointment at 130 for front ceramic tint ($150 total both sides). Received a call within a few minutes asking to remove the factory tint and decals (50 total both sides). By 215 they were done. Quick, easy, cheap, no hassle. Also very friendly guy at the front desk and very professional installer took the time to double back and correct a small error he made (self disclosed). Absolutely recommend this small shop”
