“I recently visited the Staples store in West Springfield Mass to find a batter back up for my home computer. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.”
“The customer service was above and beyond excellent. I came in with several returns to Amazon to be sent back. Due to my lack of knowledge, several of my items needed packaging and some did not. Linda your best employee was very helpful in sorting me out and my returns. Linda was patient and was able to keep the line moving so other customers could be checked out and on their way. “We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”
“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”
“My fiancé and I have a box here and receive packages very regularly. The amazing staff have never once made us feel like an imposition for the volume of parcels they receive and hold for us.
They remember me by name, and always greet me so warmly (even after customers in line before me had been downright rude)! I look forward to picking up our deliveries now, because it means I’ll get to chat with Nova, Joe, or Heather. The staff here go above and beyond, and deserve the very best.”

“A package I sent to Portland, Oregon, from Portland, Oregon, got sent to Chicopee, MA. I phoned to see what procedures would ensue to get the package back to the right recipient in Portland, OR. The man who helped explain the procedure to me was so helpful and clearly explained to me the return procedure. Thanks!”

There is a UPS store nearer to me than the UPS Riverdale St in West Springfield, MA, but I make the effort to go to the Riverdale Store because it is always a pleasant experience there and I know the job gets done right! “I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps.
