“Colleen, Nick, and Santos are a great management team and we thank them for their hard work and professionalism. Given the housing situation in the Boston area, we are very happy with Union House. The building is a little quirky, but totally livable and the tenants seem to be fairly diverse, chill, and agreeable.”

“Bancroft Lofts is a beautiful place. Has everything I need. Great management and maintenance team. Love all of the amenities. Especially the dog washing station comes in real handy after the park . Love the activities and meeting new neighbors! Love being so close to Farm Pond and the dog park. I am completely obsessed with my apartment. It’s so beautiful. The only thing is the yearly rent increases.
Wish I could count in the same rent price for a few years. The increases hurt.”
