“I lived at Avalon for 2 years, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful 2 years! The best community I’ve lived in by far. Very safe and quiet! All the staff are amazing from the office to the maintenance were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I never had an issue that wasn’t addressed and in a timely manner. The apartments are also very nice and spacious.The only downfall I would say is the rent increase when renewing your lease, other than that I would definitely recommend living here.”
