“I would like to reach out and acknowledge Sabine at the Foxboro Hertz location….I got a call from her at 3:05 pm on Thursday afternoon stating that unfortunately they did not have a 7 passenger standard SUV for me that was reserved almost 2 weeks ahead of time and I was supposed to pick it up less than 24 hrs from her call…I was beside myself and pretty disappointed with this news very last minute…with that being said I actually stopped by the Foxboro location on my way home from work and when I got there….there was a sign on the window saying…will be back call North Attleboro location for any questions and sorry for the inconvenience….as I was there Sabine was pulling back in to the office parking lot and as I explained who I was and she said that she was able to find me this vehicle that is a much premium SUV than what I ordered but we will honor your reservation. Talk about going above and beyond in such short notice….I couldn’t believe it…this is the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction…what a game changer that took place all within an hour. Thank you Sabine so much for making my trip that much better.Greatly appreciatedTony Sabatino”

“Great local car rental. You get In and out with no hassle and no notice.Used to just be $50 per day but now that only gets you 100 miles. Then out comes the per mile charges.Some idiot drove to PA and ruined it for all of us.”

“Ive been renting a car, from this location specifically, monthly for about a year now, and i honestly have only had positive experiences. My car has always been ready and clean. I pick up the car right at 8am, when they open, since I then have to drive to work, and they are always open, on time and have the car waiting for me. I wish i could say the same for other Hertz locations, but this one has never disappointed me. I cant stress how much I appreciate their efficiency, since I’m renting cars so frequently. Thanks you guys!!”

“My daughter had a bad experience at another hertz … I had called this office to see if they could help us and swap the car… Maria was such a great help she kept in touch with us and went above and beyond to help get my daughter in an equivalent size vehicle to the one she owns as we were going through the insurance because someone had hit her car earlier in the week! But they were so understanding to our family situation she usually drives her 2 non verbal asd brothers to and from school and she had been put in something compact which just wasn’t helping the situation! I honestly can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond and just being so knowledgeable at what they do and keeping us informed every step of the way!! Their customer service was amazing!!!! Thanks again”
