“I couldn't reccomend this place enough. I had a very last minute need for a vehicle for my driving test as the one I was going to use was involved in an accident and John was nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating. It was a next day rental and I live quite far away from the office so he met me closer to where I live in order to shorten my commute. He also was flexible enough to drop off AND pick up on the same day. The car was in excellent condition, clean and drove very well. The prices were reasonable and John was very responsive when I ended up having to call him about 13 times in 2 days. If you need a rental, especially for a driving test, please consider this place. If I ever need a rental again I will definitely be coming back.”

“Dependable and reliable! Had to get my vehicle cleaned and I was told it was going to take around 5 hours. Since I still had other errands to run, I decided to call Enterprise that morning to schedule a pick up. For future reference, make sure you give them at least 2 hours notice (honestly more than that just to be sure they have vehicles available and you aren't stuck having to make other arrangements). I was lucky enough that they had vehicles and the time I needed to be picked up was able to coincide with that policy. The driver was on time and getting into a rental and back on the road was quick and easy. They even gave me a free upgrade! I would have liked to have been able to just have the car dropped off at my location and be able to drop it off at that location instead of having them give me a ride, but that would require an additional employee and I did not directly request it considering how early in the morning it was and considering how I just barely gave a 2 hour notice.”
“This location definitely deserved a five star rating. Upbeat, smiling and professional vibe is what your getting at this location. I received excellent customer service from the two gentlemen that took car of my rental concerns. When I say excellent I'm just being modest. I flew in from Florida and this location is why I love and always rely on Enterprise!! My original reservation ran into some complications They accommodated my every need during a difficult time with losing a loved one without me mentioning it. I crave great service and I met my match! “I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE at the Enterprise office in Foxboro Ma.I showed up there after having a horrible experience with Hertz Rental. I was greeted by a young man whom I am so sorry I don’t remember his name, he was very polite. I asked him if he had any cars to rent and he politely told me that he rented the trucks however a lady on the other side named Olivia could help me with that.Olivia Capece was extremely helpful and very polite and professional. She told me she had two vehicles that I could choose from then she explained everything to me and got me all taken care of. I have never driven a car with all the new features so she was very patient and showed me how to use the different features.I will NOT HESITATE to rent a car from Olivia again when I come back to the area.Thank you again Olivia Capece for your help and kindness! “My daughter had a bad experience at another hertz … I had called this office to see if they could help us and swap the car… Maria was such a great help she kept in touch with us and went above and beyond to help get my daughter in an equivalent size vehicle to the one she owns as we were going through the insurance because someone had hit her car earlier in the week! But they were so understanding to our family situation she usually drives her 2 non verbal asd brothers to and from school and she had been put in something compact which just wasn’t helping the situation! I honestly can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond and just being so knowledgeable at what they do and keeping us informed every step of the way!! Their customer service was amazing!!!! “really easy experience, i returned my rental car 5 days early and got the rate discounted. they let me add my AAA at pickup which was really helpful too. they called to let me know it was an electric vehicle (i didn't notice at first) but luckily my job provides free charging stations.”
