“My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!”
“The Mansfield Home Depot is a great location for home owner and contractor supplies.This location has a excellent inventory and almost always meets my needs.The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful . Many are individuals retired from skilled positions and able to give one tips and knowledgeable insight.The products provided are of the best value and quality. Returns have never been an issue.If an item is not present, staff will find a location where one can get it the same day.We will definitely return.”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”

“As always i had a great experience with Simon's. The salesperson, Robert, was very helpful and the transaction was smooth. He called when he said he would (when the stove came in and then a delivery date) and the day of delivery went off without a hitch. The plumber that works with them (Franklin Plumbing) was also very efficient in disconnecting my old gas stove and coming back right after delivery and hooking up the new one. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance or furniture.”
“I want to give a shout out to the employees here as well as the geek squad. Austin is very knowledgeable and professional, helped me a lot as a layperson trying to build a PC. When I came in to do some diagnostics and pick up some extra stuff, he was a huge help. Jared from the Geeksquad gave me a call to sort some stuff out with the new PC and was courteous and explained everything so well despite the fact that they are slammed with customers like me trying to build a computer on their own haha. The employees here deserve a big pat on the back.”
“Here is the quick and informative. As with every other Home Depot, the layout and accessibility are standard but this location has such helpful staff. I was in need of screws for assembling a table but had no idea what I was looking for. Steve Quinn in the hardware section went above and beyond to help me figure the situation out. “My Previous experience at home depot was outstanding. I went to the store to purchase a few small items and saw a John Deere tractor. Jayne in the rental area began to describe it to me and I explained I also needed a bagger if I was to purchase it. The next thing I knew Jayne asked one of the guys to check on the bagger and in a few minutes it was in a cart next to Jayne. “This happened to my computer today! I walked into Best Buy without an appointment (I was not aware you needed one), and was greeted with kindness from every employee! I ended up working with Chris and he completely changed my day!! Yes my computer screen is broken but it is now on its way to being fixed! He was kind, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable!
