Did most of our banking for there for 12 years, Just closed all of our accounts- customer service is atrocious- after working with Renee, it was the final straw- Moved to DCU- much better.

Been a member for years and I am so grateful for their amazing customer support. I had a weird technology error where a transfer went through twice, putting my account into negative balance. I was scared after seeing this. But the super kind customer support person Areli (spelling?) helped put my mind at ease, she deserves a shoutout. She was so helpful and even called me back later to check again and confirm that the error was corrected and I didn’t need to worry. Thank you IC! ?

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY HAD IT WITH THIS BANK FRAUD IN MY. YOUR SWORN UNDER OATH AND TO STEAL FROM THE PEOPLE YOU BELONG BEHIND BARS. KNOWING YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT NOR AM U LATE. IF IT IS NOT YOUR END ITS DEFINITELY MY BANKS END. I WANT THIS CORRECTED I PAY MY BILL EARLY EVERY MONTH. NOT TO MENTION THE PAYOFF SHOULD LOSE ALL THE INTEREST IF PAID EARLY.

Seventh time locked out of my accounts past two years. Should make copies of work orders to submit to IT weekly to keep accounts open or to ensure they are working properly.

I’ve been without a bank card since MARCH. I’ve ordered now 3 cards and they’ve all be canceled with no excuses. For some reason they can’t send me a card but they can send me months and months and months worth of soliciting mail.I’ll be calling out of work next week to go in and close my account, it’s ridiculous.

The bank tellers are all very kind & go above & beyond to help you with whatever your needs are! I'm very grateful to have them as my bank, been with them for about 5yrs & have no intention on changing!

I’m not really sure why there’s so many negative reviews on this bankI’ve had great experiences from honestly everyone that I have interacted with in person or on the phone.The only thing I will say is that at times of needing certain things, there’s policies around being in person have been a challenge for me but I do understand why things will need to be done in person but there were times where I needed things done, in example a new card and I didn’t live close and the process was alittle low and tiring. To the point I had to get a manager override and make it go fasterOther than that, this credit union has been very very good. I have cars and my mortgage through them along with most of our bank accounts

Love the bank...currently frustrated not having received tax paperwork. I did visit one of the branches, and one of the tellers was not very nice. I asked was there anyway to get a 1099 printed....I could not finish my question, a different teller proceeded to tell me what the date was and that they will be mailed at the end of the month...its the end of the month! Could have and should have been handled differently...

The bank tellers/employees seem like they are confused most of the time and slow (usually a really long wait). But the customer service on the phone is helpful. Especially, Ali Ramadan - he has been really great and quick to solve all my banking problems. A definite 5 stars for him, no doubt.

Wouldn't even trust this bank with Monopoly money. Tellers are extremely rude, mess up your transactions (I'm talking errors that are thousands of dollars) and have the audacity to lie straight to your face and keep changing their story.

Worst banking experience ever. Wouldn't even trust them with Monopoly money. They screw up transactions (I'm talking mistakes in the thousands) They've been consistently going downhill, and the behavior from employees is disgusting. Extremely low standards all around. How the heck do they mess up and take thousands out of the wrong account? They even mess up simple transactions, and then lie right to your face about it.

I have an auto loan with IC Federal Credit Union and receive great service from Charlene Raymond. She explains thorough the pay off process and how long the car title will send to me. She also followed up as promised. That is how customer service supposed to be... Great job. Thanks Charlene.

I HATE dealing with IC credit Union. About 15 years ago I had 4 accounts with them. Personal, Savings, Business and a savings for my granddaughter, but under my name, SS, etc.... I moved, and a few years go by and I go to withdraw money for my Granddaughter. IT'S ALL GONE!!! They took $10.00 a month out because they couldn't contact me for THAT account. It had my SSN. It was same as All 3 other accounts and they were moved to my new address, but not this savings one. I actually had to call "Help me Hank" for advice. They called IC credit, and magically the money was "partially" restored. I closed ALL accounts and left them after that. Fast Forward to 2020. A car dealership got me a loan, and they happened to do it through IC Arghhh... The IC site is HORRIBLE!!! EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to go through this tedious process of verification by getting a code sent to my phone via voice or text. Trouble is, my phone just died. They have NO OTHER WAY to verify you. No website method. No Email method. No 24 Support. NOTHING! So now I am stuck without access to my account for the weekend, maybe longer, all because my phone died. Their site and security methods are HORRIBLE!!! The loan with them was NOT my choice, and I plan on moving it away (far, far away) from IC ASAP!!! UPDATE - THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!! NOW, I get mail from them telling me they are going to share my information to MARKETING COMPANIES, unless I spend my Stamps and take the time to write them not to? I thought this was a CREDIT UNION. Owned by the people and protective of them, not some corporate jerks. MY BLOOD IS BOILING!!!!

I have a car loan with IC; this morning,when I checked my account I saw that they somehow put my payment through twice. I was pretty upset. I called them when they opened and in a matter of minutes, the charges were reversed and everything was fine.
