“My partner and I visited Falmouth for a last minute mini vacation and stumbled upon the black dog after wandering down Main Street. What a cute store. We had heard from locals that this was a staple of the area and we weren't disappointed. It was so delightful to find an east coast clothing store so dog friendly. The young man working was amazingly helpful and friendly. He made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in and answered any questions we had as we didn't know much about the brand or it's history. He mentioned that the clothes can run a little larger than we might be used to and thank goodness because I would have been swimming in my sweatshirt if not for his help. Having never heard of the brand before we will definitely be shopping on their website and telling our friends on the west coast to do the same.”

“My mother in law purchased a cup with lid and realized later the lid was cracked. After calling the store they said they didn't have any more cups/tumblers in stock but said they could send her a replacement lid. She called on Thursday and received the lid on Saturday!!
