Was stranded on the side of the road with a car issue and he was the only place that I called that was willing to help and actually extended any sort of empathy towards my situation. I was towed in and he waited for me to arrive to assist in getting my vehicle back on the road. Thank you so much Rob for going above and beyond for me! To the other shops, privately owned, who not only couldn’t be bothered, but responded to me with general disrespect, please look at this man as an example. Do better!”

I just moved from Miami and decided to get routine maintenance including tire rotation done on my 2016 Nissan Altima at a different place and afterwards my car was pulling to the right. I took it back to that other place and they said there’s no issues with it.
I then decided to come to Pep Boys to have my wheel alignment serviced. Tyson was able to set up an appointment for me first thing in the morning the next day (hindsight should’ve come here in the first place)
I came in the following day and Parid the auto-technician is truly an expert. He was able to diagnose the problem and on top of that he figured out 2 other issues my car had with the oxygen sensor and wheel bearing that countless mechanics over the last 3 years kept telling me was either normal or one thing or the other.
Lastly, Tyson was able to get me the most reasonable and competitive price. There really is no one else I will trust with my car.
