“Robert from Mavis tire in Everette was absolutely fantastic. He was able to get me in quick and easy. We discussed a couple options for patching my tire and we eventually settled on a patch on the inside of the tire. Robert even went the extra mile and put a layer of rubber cement to really ensure no air leaks out. I also just want to put it out there that was denied service by 4 other tire places before I called Robert. I understand places maybe busy and full but I called these places 1 hour and 30 minutes before they closed and most of the places told me they were all done for the day and would not help. Hats off to Robert for getting me back in service and ready to roll for 7am the next day.”
“I know we’re all used to the sleek modern decor of McDonald’s and the enormous tire shops that made roots on 16, but this little Gem is worth supporting for new and used tires. Need a plug or a tire match? They’re ready for you.
Without them, customer service will dramatically decline at TownFair and Pepboys. Sometimes you just need a family owned shop with a good attitude who can quickly get a job done. Please consider supporting Woodys for your next tire purchase or repair”

Their customer service was outstanding, and honestly, they were cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen. Super reliable! They even changed my oil and checked the whole car without charging me extra. Their selection is good, their prices are fantastic, and John B. was exceptional in advising me about the different types of prescription lenses available. (I went there on a weekday shortly after the club opened at 10 AM, which was a good choice since the optical department wasn't that busy yet).”
“Shout out to Juma for awesome, patient customer service. It was the first time I've ever needed to change the tires on a car, and he was very helpful in walking me through figuring out the wheel lock and getting my car into the shop. Really awesome and easy experience. Going thru Costco saved me a few hundred dollars compared to getting my tires changed at the dealership.
I was a bit cautious about going through costco as there are quite a few negative reviews, but I imagine most problems other people encounter are due to going during a very busy time. The tire shop seems relatively small, allowing only 3 cars in at a time, and there probably aren't enough staff. Highly recommend anyone to book an appointment on a weekday during off hours when it's less busy. I would not suggest walk in unless you're ready to wait a long while.”
