That would make sense since I rent so much right what doesn't make sense is that they know everyone by name. They don't look at you as just another person renting a car they actually take the time to speak with you make sure that the rental meets your needs. They go above and beyond. I have witnessed reps calling around to find specific vehicles for the clients. Truth of the matter is I have another Enterprise less then 1 mile from home and I continue to rent here because of everything the team does.
