“These guys really helped us out of a jam. Saturday afternoon our Tesla blew a tire and most other places were closed. Robin at Sullivan checked her inventory and arranged to have the (uncommon) tire we needed sent from her warehouse on Monday morning for a quick turnaround. AAA picked up the car, delivered it (and the key) to Sullivan, and I picked it up around lunchtime Monday. Couldn’t have helped us more in a tough situation! Thank you Robin and Sullivan Tire!”
“Peter has taken care of my families and my cars for years. My father in law swears by a different mechanic who earlier this week insisted he needed all new break pads and the rear rotars.After insisting he get a second opinion he dropped the car off with Peter at Masters who said he not only didn't need rotars but also had plenty of life left in his pads.He also refused any payment despite my FIL's insistance and thankfulness.If you dont have a mechanic go to Masters.if you do have a mechanic, switch to Masters.End of story.”
