“The owner and his staff are extremely professional and curtious.during my recent visit the owner had done some maintenance on my vehicle.when I went pay the bill,it was a little more than I expected.The owner had me pay for most and return at a later date to pay the rest.i was shocked by this act,due to any other mechanic holding your car hostage.a few days later I heard a squeak and reported it to him,when I returned to pay the rest of the bill.he pulled my vehicle in the shop and invited me in as well while he fixed the squeak. He was very engaging even showing me things as he did them,the car now runs like new.I then tried to offer some cash for helping on short notice,but all he said was "I want to do quality work,if it's not right the first time I fix it". “I get my gas there all the time, (since late 1999). They replaced the mirror on my LR3 - for a lot less less than any where else. Also other work on it. I hv had services done, and inspections. Whenever I ask question they give me honest answer. All staff very courteous, respectful and always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them.”

“This is a classic service station, Jim is the owner, and is very knowledgable when it comes to vehicles. I stopped in the shop with an issue that had been looked at by several other shops and Jim knew immediately how to make the repair. I see a lot of bad reviews related to the owner, and although he is unique and sometime ornery, he is genuinely a nice person who is there to help customers. I wish he did not smoke, and I told him it is bad for his health, but it seems that he has been smoking for many years and cannot stop at this stage of his life.”
