“I made several visits here as I was pondering getting a new phone. The two reps who helped me were Rebel and Jake. Both were smart, calm and at the ready to help. They answered my (many!) questions patiently and offered relevant additional info. Though I had to hold off buying a phone, they remained engaged and kind. Very positive experience.”

We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.”

She was well educated about the phone & she was very patient with me every knowledgeable about her job and her customers service. Unlikely other T-MOBILE locations. Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
